Empress Trudy Trueheart

Empress Trudy Trueheart lived 20 years in the future. Where she lives now--or even if she lives--is uncertain, due to her possibly escaping the time stream by time-shifting right as she was supposed to vanish. We haven't seen her since Surreptitious Machinations ended, nor have we received confirmation that she vanished.

Genesis

Empress Trudy Trueheart came to the Trudy of today using a time remote and told herself how to take over the world. She followed these instructions and became herself, thus making a predestination paradox come true.

The world under Empress Trudy Trueheart

The world is not a pleasant place under Trudy. Specifically, it is a "tyrannical nightmare" according to Todd, who is our link to what it's like. Curfews are at 7:30 pm, car wrecks are left in place, and the world is a police state. Not that you can reason with the police, as they've been replaced by police bots.
