First Appearance: Rude, CRUDE and Socially Unacceptable (May 22, 2001)

Very little is known about the founder and acting president of C.R.U.D.E. His code-name is "Dr. Nefarious." He is the very cliché of a mad scientist, from his hunched frame and balding dome to his diabolical grin and maniacal laugh. He is as sinister as he is crazy. He led the overall invasion of the United Nations during the Battle of Manhattan (see Surreptitious Machinations, Chapter 8: Wars and Confrontations), but was forced to retreat after the U.G.A. defeated C.R.U.D.E.'s forces. He is currently in FBI custody, after facing off with James Baud in the Florida Keys.
