First Appearance: Trudy Moves In Next Door (August 2, 1999) DECEASED

Upon occasion, we got to see Fooker's life outside of work, mostly at home with Fred, or visiting with his next door neighbor, Chuck. Chuck was quite the party animal, and any excuse to party was a good one. He first appeared in the strip when Trudy moved in next door to him and Fooker, and was somewhat smitten with GPF Software's resident evil marketing chick. While we don't know much else about him, we do know he and Fooker seemed to get along great, until Chuck mysteriously betrayed him with false testimony at Fooker's murder trial. It was here the gang first learned of Trudy's brainwashing of Chuck, which led to him being a key element in shattering GPF Software and scattering its employees. Fortunately, Ki managed to turn him into an ally during the Battle of Manhattan, where he confronted Trudy. Sadly, his change of sides came too little, too late, as Trudy activated her mind control device and allowed it to run unchecked, eventually leading to his death.
