First Appearance: Rendez-Vous à Paris (May 2, 2004)
Little is known about this enigmatic figure. We know he is originally from Germany and is a talented master of disguise. He appears to sell his services in a mercenary fashion, and was last seen in the employ of Dr. Not in an attempt to acquire some highly advanced artificial intelligence software. While Dr. Not and her associates were apprehended, the German managed to elude capture. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
