First Online Appearance: Rendez-Vous à Paris (May 22, 2004)
This sociopathic pair are best known as the henchwomen of Dr. Not. "And" (the one in purple) is a master of bladed weapons and specializes in combat using dual katanas; "Or" (the one in yellow) is an expert marksman and ballistics specialist. While little has been revealed of their personalities, "And" seems to have a sadistic streak while "Or" is apparently all business. The pair are currently incarcerated along with their boss in the U.G.A.'s holding facility.
