Green salad, iceberg salad, a few leaves radicchio shrimps or tuna rasped cheese |
katjang pedis dressing: thousand islands, or garden herbs |

No need to mix, in the bottom of the bowl, the salad, then the fish, then the dressing over that. Top off with the cheese and peanuts. The katjang pedis are the trick: they are peanuts in a very thin, hot, crispy crust. The crust is, however not as thick as that around cocktail nuts, it's much thinner and the nut looks like a roasted peanut. Due to being hot and crunchy, they add a nice touch to the salad :) Katjang Pedis, BTW, is Indonesian... |
