Recipe posted by kmd |

| Ingredients | |
|
1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. basil |
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper 4 pork loin chops (I've used 2 before, I've used bone-in chops, doesn't matter) 1 to 2 tbsp oil 1 cup ketchup 1 cup water 1/4 cup brown sugar |
| Directions | |
| Preheat your oven at 350°. In a shallow dish, combine the first 10 ingredients (flour and all those spices). Dredge the pork chops on both sides in the flour mixture. In a skillet, brown the chops in oil on both sides, just enough to get a bit of a crust. In a 13x9 baking dish combine the ketchup, water and brown sugar. Add the chops, make sure they get well coated with the ketchup mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until tender. | |
