| Something Famous Saté Sauce

| Ingredients | |

1 cup of peanuts, roasted, not salted 2 Tblsp Oil 1 onion, choped 2 gloves garlic, pressed 3cm of ginger 1/2 teasp chili powder |
1 teasp cumin (ground) 2 tesp curry 400ml coconut milk 3 tablesp brown sugar 1 tablesp lemon juice salt |

| Hash the peanut (with one of those kitchen machines preferably), Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the onions for about 5 minutes, Add garlic, ginger, chili, curry and cumin and stir for another 2 minutes. Add coconut milk, sugar and the peanuts. Turn the heat down and let it cook for 5 minutes, add lemon juice and maybe more of the spices, as you like it. It's good with beef or chicken or catfish. | |

250 ml ananas juice 260g peanut butter some garlic |
one onion chilisauce soja sauce |

| Heat a pan with some oil, stir fry the onion and garlic, add ananas juice and peanut butter, let it cook shortly and serve. | |

| While cooking you can add peas, chicken (fried), ham, pieces of ananas, as you like, I usually eat rice with it. | |
