It's great if you have rice left, from the day before. You just cut some vegetables (bell pepper, carrots, leek) an onion, some garlic and meat as you like (ham, bacon, chicken... or none). Stir-fry it for about 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon cumin and coriander seeds (ground) and about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (preferably "ketjab asin"), add rice and stir-fry it some more. If you like you can have a fried egg with it.
