Mouse's Pie Crust

number in parentheses is for a pie shell, main number is for a two-crust pie:
mix together:
2 (1-1/3) c sifted flour
1-1/2 (1) tsp salt.
pour into a a measuring cup (but don't stir together):
1/2 (1/3) c oil (salad oil - corn, safflower, etc.)
1/4 c (3 Tbl) cold whole milk
pour all at once into flour. stire lightly until mixed. round up, divide into halves and roll.
Notes
i've found this pretty easy to handle - i can roll it out with chilling it beforehand and stuff like that. and i've made it with less than whole milk (but not non-fat).
