| Mike's Pork Tenderloin Rotisserie Kabobs

2lbs Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1 1/2" – 2” cubes 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 Tbsp Italian herbs 1 tsp crushed garlic |
1 Tbsp seasoned salt 1/4 cup A1 steak sauce 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/8 cup soy sauce |
| Directions | |
| Combine all ingredients in a zipper top bag. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Place cubes of pork on skewers and place in rotisserie. Cook for 30 minutes (I have to set my timer for 45 minutes because my unit stops turning at 15 minutes remaining). Before taking meat off skewers, let rest 5 minutes. | |
