Crust Ingredients
2/3 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup slivered almonds, broken
1/4 cup sugar
Filling Ingredients
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup cherries (or other berry)
Topping Ingredients
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
slivered almonds, for garnish
maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions

Mix crust ingredients together. Press firmly into pie pan to make pie crust. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs until creamy and smooth, then stir in cherries.

Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

Let pie cool for 10 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients, except almonds and maraschino cherries. Pour over pie.

Bake put at 375F for 5 minutes. Top or garmish with almonds.

Cool pie for 8 hours or overnight before serving.

Garnish with cherries.
