Easy Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients
2 cups fresh Cranberries
1 Orange, cut into pieces and seeds removed
3/4 to 1 cup sugar (or your favorite "measure like" sugar substitute)
Directions

Add 1/2 of the cranberries and and 1/2 the orange (skin too!) into a food processor and process until pieces are small ( I don't like to see the orange peel) enough for your taste.

Empty out processor into a bowl. Repeat above with 2nd half of ingredients. Mix in sugar (or substitute) to taste. Refridgerate until time to eat.
Notes

Makes about 2 cups prepared relish.

Oh! PS - Depending on the size and "strength" of your oranges, you might want to taste the batch and see if you like the balance of orange to cranberry.
